Welcome to WOWlist. These Terms & Conditions explain how you may use our website and the terms that apply to events organised by Boldberry Club by WOWlist. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

WOWlist is a website designed to help users discover curated ideas for things to do in and around London.
WOWlist also operates Boldberry Club, which organises curated events and experiences for adults.
These terms apply to your use of the WOWlist website. The additional terms in Section 6 apply specifically to tickets purchased for Boldberry Club events.

2. Use of the Website

WOWlist is free to use. Some features, such as saving listings to your favourites, may require you to create an account.
By using WOWlist, you agree that:
– You will use the website lawfully and will not misuse its content or functionality.
– You will not reproduce, distribute or copy website content without written permission, except where permitted by law.
– You will not use automated tools or scraping software to collect data or listings from the website without our written permission.
Purchasing tickets for Boldberry Club events is permitted under these terms and is subject to the event-specific provisions in Section 6.

3. Content and Recommendations

WOWlist provides curated information about events, venues and experiences in and around London.
We aim to keep all information accurate and up to date. However, details such as opening times, ticket prices, availability and event arrangements may change.
For third-party listings, we recommend checking the details directly with the venue or event organiser before visiting.
We are not responsible for the accuracy or delivery of activities organised by third parties, subject to any legal responsibilities that cannot be excluded.

4. External Links

Some listings contain links to external websites, including official venue websites and ticketing platforms.
We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of these websites is subject to their own terms and conditions and privacy policies.
This section does not affect our responsibilities when you purchase a ticket for an event organised by Boldberry Club.

5. Liability Disclaimer

WOWlist provides information about third-party events, venues and experiences. We do not organise or control those third-party activities and are not responsible for their delivery.
Boldberry Club also organises its own events. The terms applicable to those events are set out in Section 6.
We take reasonable care to ensure that information published on WOWlist is accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all website content will always be complete or up to date.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or legal responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

6. Boldberry Club Events and Ticket Terms

6.1. About Boldberry Club events

Boldberry Club by WOWlist organises curated events and experiences for adults.
These terms apply to all tickets purchased for Boldberry Club events. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and any additional information or requirements provided on the relevant event page.
Event details, including the date, time, venue, activities and ticket price, are provided on the relevant event page.

6.2. Booking and payment

Tickets are sold through Ticket Tailor, our third-party ticketing platform. Bookings and payments are processed through Ticket Tailor in accordance with its applicable terms and policies.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a booking confirmation has been issued.
Please check your booking details carefully before completing your purchase.
Tickets are issued electronically through Ticket Tailor. Your booking confirmation and ticket will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

6.3. Ticket prices and concessions

Ticket prices are displayed on the relevant event page and at checkout.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular event, we do not offer concessionary ticket prices.
Promotional discounts are subject to the conditions, eligibility requirements and expiry dates specified when the promotion is offered.

6.4. Customer cancellations and refunds

All ticket purchases are final. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, are unable to attend or choose not to attend an event, except where required by law or as otherwise stated in these terms.
Please check your availability and the event details carefully before purchasing a ticket.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

6.5. Event cancellations by Boldberry Club

If we cancel an event without arranging a rescheduled event, we will offer a full refund of the ticket price paid.
Refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method via Ticket Tailor.
We will contact ticket holders using the contact details provided at booking to explain the arrangements.

6.6. Rescheduling and changes to events

We may occasionally need to change an event’s date, time, venue, speaker or programme due to circumstances beyond our control or other operational requirements.
Where reasonably possible, we will notify ticket holders of changes in advance.
If we reschedule an event to a different date, you may choose either to transfer your booking to the rescheduled event or to receive a full refund of the ticket price paid.
If we make a significant change to an event other than a change of date, we will notify affected ticket holders and explain the available options, taking account of the nature of the change and any applicable legal rights.

6.7. Age requirements

All Boldberry Club events are for adults aged 18 and over. You must be at least 18 years old on the date of the event to attend.
We reserve the right to refuse admission where a ticket holder does not meet this age requirement.

6.8. Attendance and conduct

Please arrive at the time specified in your booking information and follow reasonable instructions provided by the event organiser, venue staff or event host.
We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards other attendees, event hosts and venue staff.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask a participant to leave if their behaviour is abusive, disruptive, unsafe or otherwise seriously inappropriate. Any decision about refunds in these circumstances will be made in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

6.9. Travel and other expenses

You are responsible for arranging and paying for your own travel, accommodation, meals and any other expenses associated with attending, or planning to attend, a Boldberry Club event.
If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or changed, we are not responsible for these additional costs, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
We recommend considering your travel and accommodation arrangements carefully before making non-refundable bookings.

6.10. Event photography and recordings

Photography, filming or audio recording may take place at Boldberry Club events for promotional, editorial or documentation purposes.
We will provide information about photography and recording arrangements and explain how images or recordings may be used. Where required, we will obtain appropriate consent or establish another lawful basis for the relevant use in accordance with applicable data protection law.
We will provide a reasonable way for attendees to indicate that they do not wish to be photographed. Please contact us at hello@wowlist.co.uk if you have questions or concerns about photography at an event.

6.11. Event activities and participant responsibility

Please read the event description and any specific participation requirements before booking.
You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable for you and for following reasonable safety instructions given by the event host or venue.
If you have questions about accessibility or participation requirements, please contact us before booking. We will do our best to provide relevant information to help you decide whether an event is suitable for you.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any legal responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

6.12. Liability in connection with events

We take reasonable care in organising Boldberry Club events and aim to ensure that event information is accurate.
Our liability in connection with an event is subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on WOWlist, including text, layout, design, graphics and curated listings, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce or republish website content without written permission, except where permitted by law.
Photographs, artwork, presentations and other materials created by event hosts or participants may belong to those individuals or other rights holders. Their use is subject to the relevant permissions and applicable law.

8. Privacy

We value your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you use WOWlist, create an account, contact us or book a Boldberry Club event.
This includes relevant information processed through Ticket Tailor and information relating to event photography and recordings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date.
Changes to the general website terms will apply from the date stated in the updated terms.
For ticket bookings, the terms applicable at the time of purchase will generally govern that booking. We will not use changes to these terms to remove or restrict existing legal rights.
